Nil Krishna Jashoda Sitaula Foundation Inc. was established in November 2017. This is a Nonprofit 501(C3) a Family trust based on Pinole California. This organization was established in the memory of my late father Nil Krishna Sitaula who passed away on 11/10/2004 in Jhapa Nepal and my mother late Jashoda Sitaula was passed away on 8/31/2017 in Richmond California. She was the patient of Alzheimer disease. She fought with this dangerous disease for about 8 years and left this world forever. My parents were very religious and always supported the social causes in the community. Me and my family always believe that we should not limit to remember our parents on mother's and father's days, instead, we should always remember them in every aspect of our life. Therefore, we formed this organization.
